  • It is free to register for an Amazon Business account. There is no long-term commitment, and no minimum spend. All you need is your work email and basic company information. If we require additional information to verify your business, we will let you know. To speed up verification, have these documents ready: GST certificate or Business PAN and Company Information (E.g: Name, Registered address) at time of registration.

  • You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers listed on Amazon.in that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page and/or Amazon.in Returns policy.

    Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Amazon.in. You will be able to schedule a return from the Online Returns Center if accessed within the return window period.   • If you have placed a business order, the invoice will additionally have the business name, GST (if applicable) and/ or the PO number (if provided during ordering).

  • You can pay through credit/debit card, cash on delivery (COD) and net banking. You can also use Amazon.in gift cards.

  • The delivery speeds available are between 2-4 business days or 4-7 business days or 5-14 business days. The delivery charges vary from seller-to-seller and are displayed on the product detail page and checkout pages. Sellers also usually display their delivery charges on their profile page.

     

  • Yes, if the seller offering the Business Eligible product has a Prime badge then the shipping will be free for your business order as well.

  • No, there is no minimum order quantity or value restriction currently on Amazon Business.

  • Yes, you can de-register your business account. However, once you de-register you would not get GST input credit on any purchases on Amazon..

  • Yes, Mobile Only Account can be converted to business account. However you will be required to add an email address in order to complete the registration. Once the account is verified, you can either use your phone number or email address to login.
