• What do I need to do to register for an account?

  It is free to register for an Amazon Business account. There is no long-term commitment, and no minimum spend. All you need is your work email and basic company information. If we require additional information to verify your business, we will let you know. To speed up verification, have these documents ready: GST certificate or Business PAN and Company Information (E.g: Name, Registered address) at time of registration.

• Why should I create an account on Amazon Business

  As a business customer, you get access to lakhs of products with a GST invoice allowing you to take input tax credit. Further, you will also get business exclusive deals and quantity discounts on many of these products. You will be able to enjoy the convenience of placing orders and getting those delivered to your doorstep.

• What kind of email address should I use to register?

  If you have not used Amazon for business purchases, we recommend using your work email for business account. By doing so, you can keep your business and personal purchases separate. If you do not have a different email address, you can also enter your existing Amazon account email id to convert it to a business account. 

• Can I add additional buyers from my company to the account?

  You can easily add multiple purchasers from your company from the business settings of your business account providing you control and visibility over your team spends. Add purchasers by entering their email address, or upload the available spreadsheet template to add multiple purchasers at once.

   

• My business has locations in multiple cities, can I still use Amazon Business?

  Yes, Amazon Business delivers to businesses in over 99.5% of pincodes in the country. Businesses from all over the country can now purchase business supplies and receive local delivery.

• What is your Return Policy?

  You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers listed on Amazon.in that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page and/or Amazon.in Returns policy.

  Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Amazon.in. You will be able to schedule a return from the Online Returns Center if accessed within the return window period. • What business specific details will be listed on the GST invoice?

  If you have placed a business order, the invoice will additionally have the business name, GST (if applicable) and/ or the PO number (if provided during ordering).

• How can I pay for my purchases on Amazon Business?

  You can pay through credit/debit card, cash on delivery (COD) and net banking. You can also use Amazon.in gift cards.

• What are the available delivery speeds and delivery charges?

  The delivery speeds available are between 2-4 business days or 4-7 business days or 5-14 business days. The delivery charges vary from seller-to-seller and are displayed on the product detail page and checkout pages. Sellers also usually display their delivery charges on their profile page.

   

• I have converted my existing personal account on Amazon.in to a business account, now will the order delivery be free since I have subscribed to Amazon Prime?

  Yes, if the seller offering the Business Eligible product has a Prime badge then the shipping will be free for your business order as well.

• Is there any minimum order quantity or value on purchases made on Amazon Business?

  No, there is no minimum order quantity or value restriction currently on Amazon Business.

• Can I de-register my business account?

  Yes, you can de-register your business account. However, once you de-register you would not get GST input credit on any purchases on Amazon..

• How do I change/update the information in my business account?

  You can update your business information from business account settings. If you need assistance, you can contact our customer srvice team.

• Can a Mobile Only Account, be converted to a business account?

  Yes, Mobile Only Account can be converted to business account. However you will be required to add an email address in order to complete the registration. Once the account is verified, you can either use your phone number or email address to login.
