  It is free to register for an Amazon Business account. There is no long-term commitment, and no minimum spend. All you need is your work email and basic company information. If we require additional information to verify your business, we will let you know. To speed up verification, have these documents ready: GST certificate or Business PAN and Company Information (E.g: Name, Registered address) at time of registration.

• What kind of email address should I use to register?

  If you have not used Amazon for business purchases, we recommend using your work email for business account. By doing so, you can keep your business and personal purchases separate. If you do not have a different email address, you can also enter your existing Amazon account email id to convert it to a business account. 
  

• Can I add additional buyers from my company to the account?

  You can easily add multiple purchasers from your company from the business settings of your business account providing you control and visibility over your team spends. Add purchasers by entering their email address, or upload the available spreadsheet template to add multiple purchasers at once.
  

   

• My business has locations in multiple cities, Can I still use Amazon Business?

  Yes, Amazon Business delivers to businesses in over 99.5% of pincodes in the country. Businesses from all over the country can now purchase business supplies and receive local delivery.

• What business specific details will be listed on the GST invoice?

  If you have placed a business order, the invoice will additionally have the business name, GST (if applicable) and/ or the PO number (if provided during ordering).
  

• How can I pay for my purchases on Amazon Business?

  You can pay through credit/debit card, cash on delivery (COD) and net banking. You can also use Amazon.in gift cards.
  

• I have converted my existing personal account on Amazon.in to a business account, now will the order delivery be free since I have subscribed to Amazon Prime?

  Yes, if the seller offering the Business Eligible product has a Prime badge then the shipping will be free for your business order as well.

   

   

• Is there any minimum order quantity or value on purchases made on Amazon Business?

  No, there is no minimum order quantity or value restriction currently on Amazon Business.
  

• How do I change/updage the information in my business account?

  You can update your business information from business account settings. If you need assistance, you can contact our customer srvice team.
  

• Can a Mobile Only Account, be converted to a business account?

  Yes, Mobile Only Account can be converted to business account. However you will be required to add an email address in order to complete the registration. Once the account is verified, you can either use your phone number or email address to login.
